Thomas De Boer

Thomas De Boer, with a Degree in Industrial Engineering, has worked for 19 years within Shell’s downstream business. Prior to that he worked in retail and B2B across various disciplines and geographies. He is responsible for the global scope of Shell’s operational footprint and Joint Ventures, and related areas such as HSSE, competence standards and compliance, engineering, product quality and development and refuelling infrastructure.
