Andrew Beard, living in London, UK, has worked in Shell for 14 years and is currently the Head of Global Operations, HSSE & Technical for Shell Aviation. He is a qualified accountant, has a masters degree in logistics, trade and finance and a masters degree in international strategy & diplomacy. He has 12 years’ experience in oil products supply chains. Andrew joined the JIG Council in January 2021 and has held the Chair position since December 2021.
