JIG announces the members of the Filtration Working Group and its key duties.

As part of the joint industry effort to test and validate new equipment and technologies to replace Filter Monitors, JIG has established the Filtration Working Group to guide its activities. This group will be starting work with immediate effect, and is made up of volunteers from the JIG Community
The FWG’s responsbilities will be:
- Help define test protocols for field trials
Review trial data when available - Make subsequent recommendations to the Operations and Product Quality Committees, and the Standards Working Group (SWG) for inclusion (or not) of certain equipment into the JIG Standards
- Support the liaison and coordination of JIG work with external groups (IATA, A4A, Suppliers) throughout the process
