HFI – AN INTRODUCTION TO HUMAN FACTORS
This Course provides an overview of Human Factors in aviaiton operations, using the “Dirty Dozen” 12 Human Factors as a basis. It covers each of the twelve factors and how they can influence employees undertaking their daily tasks. This introductory course will be supplemented by short courses on each of the 12 subjects.
