Sarah Weedon (HSSE)

Sarah Weedon, living near London, England, is currently the Global Team HSSE Lead for Air bp. She has a background as a military aviation engineer before gaining degrees in Psychology and Forensic Psychology. Previously Sarah has held roles in both military aviation and maritime accident investigation before entering the field of HSE and using her Human Factors specialism for investigation, learning and safety. She has been a member of the HSSE Committee since July 2025.
