Pieter Van Espen (GP)

Pieter Van Espen holds a master’s degree in engineering, an MBA, and postgraduate qualifications in Economics, Environment, and Sustainability. He brings 33+ years’ experience in aviation fuelling. Pieter has held several senior leadership roles, including Technical Manager and CEO/MD at BFSC (into-plane), HRS (storage & hydrant) in Brussels, and Luxfuel (storage & into-plane) in Luxembourg, and spent 15+ years with Skytanking Group, where he served in various roles, including (Executive) Vice President of Business Development. Since 2021, Pieter has been co-founder and CEO of UPLIFT INTERNATIONAL Group. He joined the GP Committee in April 2026.
