The Committee keeps abreast of any future changes in international specifications (ASTM, DEFSTAN) and how they could impact operations. Industry topics such as test methods, learning from industry events are studied and analysed. Members of the committee are also active in the Filtration Working Group that supports JIG’s work on behalf of the industry to facilitate the phase out of Filter Monitor technology from into-plane operations.
