Jenny Brompton (HSSE)

Jenny Brompton is Vice President of HSSE and Operational Excellence at Menzies Aviation, based in the North West of England. She has over 20 years’ experience in both military and civilian aviation and holds professional qualifications in HSSE and aviation safety. Jenny has a strong background in leading safety, compliance, and cultural change programmes across aviation operations. She joined the HSSE Committee in August 2025.
