JIG developed the Core Principles in 2008 to give guidance to Joint Ventures and Operators on the handling of commercially sensitive information during the activities of fuel handling and distribution on airports.
This document is the Model Confidentiality Agreement for execution between the Operator and the Participants of an incorporated Joint Venture.
