THROUGHPUT INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT – 3RD PARTY OPERATOR NOT INCLUDED –
For use where a 3rd party independent non-fuel supplying entity owns and/or operates facilities used by the fuel supplying throughputters and describes the liability amongst such fuel supplying throughputters. 3rd party independent operator/owner not a party to this Agreement.
