Indemnification Agreement for Users of independantly owned and operated facilities
THROUGHPUT INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT – 3RD PARTY OPERATOR NOT INCLUDED –
For use where several fuel suppliers use shared facilities as "throughputters", and the Operator is a 3rd party independent non-fuel supplying company, who owns, leases or has a concession to operate the facilities. 3rd party independent operator/owner not a party to this Agreement, as it is an agreement between Fuel Suppliers only.
