Joint Industry Group Privacy Policy

At this time, the Joint Industry Group (JIG) does not automatically collect the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us, either directly via electronic mail or by visiting our website. Information from prospective JIG members is collected only through the submission of an online membership application form.

Membership information - including addresses, telephone and fax numbers, and e-mail addresses - is kept in internal JIG phone directories and databases. This information is retained strictly within the JIG Secretariat and is not available to the general public. All computers, networks, phone directories, databases and files are password protected and unavailable outside of business hours.
